This is a sad truth, but you are absolutely right that we need to be addressing the issue every day not only during one month. I’m glad we have a “prevention” month to bring awareness. There are so many problems in the world that it’s hard for people to know what to give their energy to, and having a “month” helps to at least show that the problem of child abuse is one of the most important issues people should be working on.
