Knowing that they can 99% of the time get away with abusing a child. Making threats to the child so they “don’t tell!!” children for the most trust an adult, especially one that they know.  Talk to your child, let them know about “good touch, bad touch.” It is up to us as adults to spread the word, to talk to children, tell them it’s okay to talk about anything that is bothering them or that happened to them. Don’t turn a blind eye. Together we CAN make a difference.
